Innovation Living sets high quality standards. The company has made it easy to service and update its sofa beds. If you need a new mattress or cover for your multifunctional units, just visit Bedtime.no. If something is not as expected, please go to our contact information – and we will do our utmost to help you.
1. How long is the warranty valid?
- You will have a 5 year warranty.
2. What is covered by this warranty?
- This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the following components of the sofa beds and chairs:
- Gears and mechanisms
- Wooden frames
- Metal frames
- Feather, latex or foam cores of sofa beds and chairs This warranty applies to private/residential use only.
3. How do I prove my claim?
- We need a copy of the original purchase receipt as proof of purchase along with pictures/videos that clearly show the defect. Finally, we need a picture of the quality label located inside the product. Please find the exact location of this label in the assembly instructions for your products (assembly instructions can always be found via our website here).
4. What will Innovation Living do to correct the problem?
- Innovation Living's Quality Department will investigate the claim and determine, at its sole discretion, whether it is covered by the warranty and then whether it should be repaired or replaced. If the claim is covered by the warranty, Innovation Living will cover the cost of replacement parts or provide an equivalent replacement, if the item is no longer available. Most of our sofas are sold in separate parts and we will do our utmost to limit replacements to the parts in question for both environmental and economic reasons.
5. What is not covered by this warranty?
- Add This warranty does not apply to products that have been stored or installed incorrectly, used incorrectly, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with incorrect cleaning methods or cleaning products. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents. This warranty does not apply if the product has been placed outdoors or in a damp environment. This warranty does not cover consequential or accidental damage. All furniture from Innovation Living is manufactured goods where you as the customer choose the design of the product yourself, such as choice of fabric, legs, comfort of mattress, etc. Please note that manufactured goods are exempt from the Right of Withdrawal Act and as a buyer you lose the opportunity to cancel your order.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal Act:
Custom-made goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal act. This means that goods that are specially ordered and manufactured according to your specifications cannot be returned. This applies to goods that, for example, have a choice of dimensions, layout, fabric, color, legs and the like.
