FLAT PACKAGES
Our manufacturers in Scandinavia and Europe always strive to give you, the consumer, the best prices on their furniture. This means that some furniture is sent flat-packed to us in Norway. Flat packages save shipping costs and better prices for the product. Flat packaging also saves the environment from unnecessary transport pollution.
Some assembly is required on our sofa beds and beds. Our furniture always comes with assembly instructions from the manufacturer. You can also find assembly instructions in the online store on the product page.
ASSEMBLY HELP
Assembling furniture yourself isn't always easy. Sometimes it's worth having someone do it for you. Most of our products are easy to assemble, but some – like our trundle beds – may require a little help.
We encourage you to read through the installation instructions for the furniture you order. Depending on the extent of assembly required and your own knowledge, you can choose to order assembly assistance in the online store.
Note: Assembly services are only offered in Greater Oslo.
BEDTIME COLLABORATES WITH COLLI XL
In StorOslo you can easily book assembly services in the online store when you order your new furniture. Colli XL is our logistics and assembly partner in StorOslo. They provide both delivery, collection and assembly for our customers.

INSTALLATION IN THE REST OF NORWAY
Do you live outside Greater Oslo? Don't despair! For many years we have referred our customers to LUADO small jobs . LUADO is a service platform where skilled fitters can help you with furniture assembly. LUADO collaborates with IKEA and A-Møbler, among others, and operates in large parts of the country. This service must be ordered at luado.no , and unfortunately cannot be ordered on our website. * Price stated as of Sept. 2024.
CHECKLIST BEFORE DELIVERY
- Check the outer dimensions of the furniture and make sure that the doorways are wide enough for passage.
- Make sure to be available by phone and present at the agreed delivery time.
- Ensure free access to the delivery address, e.g. unlocked road barriers, free from obstacles such as parked cars and the like.
- Ensure free access for porters.
- Make sure that access routes into the home are cleared, such as stairwells, entrance areas, living rooms or bedrooms.
- Please remove objects and furniture to provide ample floor space for the actual assembly of the furniture before delivery.
- Cover floors against wear and scratches if necessary. Porters may not always be able to take off their shoes.
