This privacy policy applies to Bedtime AS – Bedtime.no (hereinafter referred to as “we” “our” “us”) and explains why we collect information about you, how we use this information and how we take your privacy into account.

This Privacy Policy informs you about the personal data we collect when you visit our websites, use our services and/or purchase our products. Our basis for processing personal data will vary, will consist of your consent or because it is required by law. What kind of information do we collect?

In order to provide the best possible service, we rely on collecting various types of information, including personal information about you. Below is an overview of how we typically collect personal information and what information this typically is. We do not collect sensitive information.

A) Information you provide to us

When you register and/or shop on our website, you must provide some information that is stored by us. In connection with registering you as a customer of our services, we will need to register information related to:

C) Information we receive from other sources

We also work closely with third parties (e.g. business partners, technical service providers, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics companies, search engines and credit reference agencies) and may receive information about you from them. This also includes information that is publicly available.

D) Sharing of information

We sometimes share personal information with other companies that perform services on our behalf. This is primarily to provide you with a safer and better shopping experience.

When others perform services on our behalf

We use various subcontractors, or service providers, often referred to as data processors, for delivery, collection, storage and information management. These providers process data on our behalf, in accordance with the data processor and the instructions they receive from us. All in accordance with European and Norwegian personal data legislation.

For example, web and marketing agencies to operate the online store and show you targeted marketing and create campaigns. They are not allowed to use this personal information for anything other than performing services for us. Information about usage patterns on the website (including which pages are visited and when) is shared with Google, which is linked to you as a user in a partially anonymized manner. Oseberg Solutions
Bedtime AS uses Oseberg Solution, which is integrated with our online store and processes necessary data in connection with order processing. Oseberg Solution is a cloud-based financial system for handling orders and invoicing. Stores relevant information related to order processing and invoicing. This includes, but is not limited to, email correspondence, order information and invoice history. Facebook pixel

Payment solutions
To be able to carry out payment transactions, we use Klarna, Vipps, Stripe and Svea Finans. All card transactions and payment information from payment cards, Visa and Mastercard are encrypted through the payment solution. Neither we nor anyone else can read credit card numbers, names or addresses when payment transactions are carried out in the online store.

Mailchimp
To send you offers, news and information about our products, we collect your email address and use Mailchimp to send it. You must actively consent to us sending you newsletters, and you can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. Daisycon
We work with Daisycon BV who administers a so-called "Affiliate" program for us. This is a program where content producers (such as online newspapers, influencers and the like) in Daisycon's network share unique links to our site. If you shop in our online store after clicking on such a link, the content producer and Daisycon will receive a predetermined percentage of the order value. In order to implement such a program, we also need to have a separate pixel on our order confirmation page ("Thank you for your purchase"). Transport companies

In case of suspicion of a crime
