BEDinside is the flagship series of Norwegian Hovden Møbel. The seating comfort is as good as in a traditional sofa and a BEDinside is converted into a comfortable bed in a simple movement without removing either the seat or back cushions. The lying comfort is also very good, which makes the sofa suitable for just about anything: sofa in the living room, guest bed, main bed, at home, in the dormitory or at the cottage. The standard legs on BEDInside are made of black artificial leather. But you can also choose between white oiled, oiled, grey oiled, smoked and black oak, or legs made of steel.

As one of the few manufacturers, Hovden Møbel offers freedom of choice when it comes to the design of armrests on the sofa.

Tisselaken Respira waterproof sheet, white
Practical waterproof sheet / fitted sheet that protects the mattress from moisture and spills
- Respira sheets are waterproof and breathable. They breathe 4 times more than traditional incontinence sheets.
- The sheet is tailored and has a 30 cm high skirt that goes down around the entire mattress.
- It looks like a regular cotton sheet so no one will be able to see that you have a so-called "pee sheet" in bed. Also recommended for those who are allergic to mites as the sheet acts as a mite barrier.
- The fabric consists of 100% organic cotton on the top and 100% hyper-breathable polyurethane on the underside.
- The sheet is Oeko-tex certified.
- Respira sheets in white can be washed at up to 95 degrees. Hang to dry with the waterproof side facing down.

Bonell mattress construction
Mattress comfort – Soft firmness
The Bonell mattress is BEDinside's standard mattress and is supplied at no extra cost. The mattress has a continuous spring system in hardened steel, and is relatively soft and is recommended for anyone who uses BEDinside mostly as a sofa and as a bed, preferably for guests (soft).
Pocket mattress construction
Mattress comfort – Medium firmness
The pocket spring mattress is optional and consists of many hundreds of coil springs. Each individual coil spring is sewn into its own fabric bag. The springs in this mattress are closer together than in bonell. The mattress provides good support and pressure relief that follows the body's shape and weight and is suitable for
frequent use (medium).
Latex mattress construction
Mattress comfort – Medium to firm firmness
The latex mattress is an option and consists of cold foam topped with pure latex. A quality mattress suitable for frequent use and suitable for most people (medium to firm).
Viscoelastic mattress construction

Viscoelastic foam mattress is optional and consists of cold foam topped with viscoelastic foam (very elastic) that molds to the body.

ABOUT HOVDEN FURNITURE
For more than 75 years, Norwegian furniture manufacturer Hovden Møbel has been supplying furniture to Nordic homes. A history that spans three family generations. The sofas are still produced by hand, and the work is characterized by good quality, carefully selected materials and pride in detail.
In 1990, Hovden Møbel chose to specialize in sofa beds and phase out the production of regular sofas. The factory became the leading special factory for sofa beds in Norway. In 2003, Hovden Møbel entered into a collaboration with the world's leading manufacturer of sofa bed mechanisms, the Italian company Lampolet. Together with designer Olav Eldøy, they developed, among other things, the BEDinside sofa bed series.
The Italian Lampolet pull-out mechanism ensures simple and easy conversion from sofa to bed.
Hovden Møbel lets you choose according to your individual wishes and needs. You choose the model, technical solution and size. Behind all sofa beds are solid solutions and critical material choices. Production is controlled by you as the customer – and Hovden Møbel produces your sofa bed exactly the way you want it.

For more than 75 years, Hovden Møbel has delivered furniture to Norwegian homes. Our sofas are still produced by hand, and the work is characterized by good quality, carefully selected materials and pride in detail. Quality that is meant to last, with a focus on high utility value and long life.
Hovden Møbel combines modern design with established tradition and sets the standard that the furniture should be a safe and good buy at reasonable prices. The furniture is produced by qualified craftsmen in Plunge, northwest Lithuania. The work is carried out in its own, wholly owned factory. This ensures
good working conditions, the right conditions and environmentally friendly production.
All Hovden Møbel sofa beds are made individually according to the customer's choice of model, fabric, wood and color. We cut fabrics and cut leather. The covers are sewn according to precise templates. Solid wood frames are assembled and tensioned. with springs. The highest quality foam is cut to size and glued water-based. It is upholstered and assembled by hand. Each piece of furniture is approved by its own quality controller before being packed in recyclable material and sent to the retail outlets with specialized furniture transport.

All furniture from Hovden Møbel is manufactured goods where you as the customer choose the design of the product yourself, such as choice of textile, legs, comfort of mattress, etc. Please note that manufactured goods are exempt from the Right of Cancellation Act and as a buyer you lose the opportunity to cancel your order.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal Act:
Custom-made goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal act. This means that goods that are specially ordered and manufactured according to your specifications cannot be returned. This applies to goods that, for example, have a choice of dimensions, layout, fabric, color, legs and the like.
